After high school, I attended the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City, where I refined my skills and developed a deep appreciation for both the art and science of baking. I then completed an internship and spent nearly two years working at a bakery in New Jersey, gaining hands-on experience in crafting cakes that balance exceptional flavor with beautiful design.

In 2018, Cakes by Iz officially began in my home, built from a passion for baking, a precise palate, and an artistic eye for detail. My goal has always been to create custom cakes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. I love taking on new challenges and collaborating closely with my clients to bring their vision to life. While baking is my passion, my greatest joy comes from sharing unforgettable desserts with every customer.
