Hi, I'm Iz!
After high school I attended ICE the institute of culinary education in NYC. I moved on to an internship and worked at a bakery in New Jersey for almost 2 years. Cakes by Iz officially started in my home in 2018. I have the precise taste buds and the artistic eye for making my cakes as unique as possible for all cake lovers. I have a passion for baking and more of a passion for feeding my customers with unforgettable desserts.
